Scheduling and publishing
Plan once.
Publish everywhere.
One calendar for every account. Schedule a video to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and more with its own caption per platform, then watch the status and the results in the same place.
One feature inside Global Creator Studio — discover, create, publish, analyze, improve.
Calendar preview
Your whole publishing week on one screen.
The content calendar shows every planned, queued and published item across every connected account. Drag to move a post, click to edit a caption, filter by platform or account, and see gaps in the week before they become quiet days.

Multi-platform publishing
Where your content goes.
Support differs by platform, because platform APIs differ. The app labels each destination clearly rather than implying everything is one click.
Schedule once
One item, every destination.
Prepare a post once, choose where it goes and let the queue handle the rest.
Upload or pick
Bring in a video from the studio or upload a finished file.
Choose destinations
Tick the accounts and platforms this piece should go to.
Set the time
Pick a slot, drop it in a queue or use a suggested posting time.
Publish
Each platform gets its own version at the time you set.
Platform-specific customization
The same video, spoken differently.
A caption that works on TikTok reads badly on X and does nothing on WordPress. Each destination keeps its own copy, crop and hashtags, so every version reads as if it was made for where it lands.

Team workflow
More than one person, one calendar.
Manage several brands or clients without separate logins and shared spreadsheets.
Multi-account
Group accounts by brand or client and switch between them.
Shared calendar
Everyone sees the same plan, in their own timezone.
Drafts and review
Prepare posts, leave them as drafts and approve before they go out.

Save posting setups your team reuses every week.
Publishing reliability
You find out before your audience does.
Every scheduled item has a visible status: queued, publishing, live or failed. If a platform rejects an upload or a token expires, the post is retried where possible and an alert tells you what went wrong and what to do next.

Analytics connection
Scheduling and results in the same place.
Once a post is live, performance from connected accounts flows back into the calendar and your analytics, so you can see which slots, formats and captions actually worked — and feed that into the next week's plan.

FAQs
Scheduling, answered.
Which platforms can I publish to?
Publishing destinations include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, MSN and WordPress. Each destination is labelled in the app as connected, limited or planned, so you always know what will publish automatically and what needs a manual step.
Can each platform get its own caption?
Yes. One scheduled item holds a separate caption, title, description and hashtag set per destination, so the same video does not land with identical copy everywhere.
What happens if a post fails?
Failed publishes are retried automatically where the platform allows it, and you get an alert in the Alerts Center with the reason and a one-click retry.
Does it handle timezones?
Schedule in your own timezone or in your audience's. Times are stored with the timezone attached, so a schedule does not shift when you travel or when clocks change.
Do you support proxies?
Where account infrastructure options exist, they are there to keep connected accounts stable and are configured per account. They are not a way to work around any platform's rules, and every integration is expected to follow the terms of the platform it connects to.
Can I see results after publishing?
Yes. Once a post is live, performance flows back from connected accounts into your analytics, so the calendar and the results sit in the same place.
